How much does event photography cost in Calgary?

How many photos will we receive from our event?
You can expect roughly 75–150 professionally edited images per hour of coverage, depending on the type of event, number of photographers booked, and activity level.
How long does it take to receive our event photos?
Standard delivery is within 14 days. Rush (7-day) and priority (5-day) delivery options are available if you need images sooner.
Do you photograph conferences, galas, and corporate events?
Yes. We regularly photograph conferences, trade shows, galas, corporate parties, cocktail receptions, golf tournaments, awards nights and team events across Calgary.
What areas do you serve for event photography?
I’m based in Calgary and photograph events throughout the city and surrounding areas. But I've shot events as fara away as Houston, Texas. Travel can be arranged for events outside Calgary.
Do you offer same-day or next-day photo delivery?
Yes. Select highlight images can be delivered same-day or next-day for social media or press use. Full gallery delivery follows your selected turnaround time.
What is included in event photography coverage?
All bookings include professional editing, a private online gallery, and a full usage license for marketing, social media, and internal use.
Do you help plan what photos to capture during the event?
Yes. We’ll align on key moments, VIPs, and must-have shots ahead of time so nothing important gets missed.
Will you pose people or capture candid moments?
Both. I focus on candid, natural moments while also stepping in when needed for group shots, speakers, and key people.
How do we book an event photographer in Calgary?
